We have our own Security Monitoring Station based in Adelaide with state of the art technology and advanced software receiving electronic notification of all alarm events and opening and closing activity.
The Monitoring Station has continuous radio contact with our security patrol response vehicles and use highly sophisticated tracking and dispatching software. All our vehicles are fitted with Mobile Data Terminals to deliver a transparent service with quicker response times, more detailed reporting with timely and accurate invoicing increased security and protection.
Alarm signals are received on our 1345 Securidial service and processed by the Fratech FE100 digital receiver which is capable of receiving all common alarm formats including Ademco Fast, 4+2, Contact-ID and Concept IR-Fast then passed on to our Alarm Automation Software for actioning by trained licensed operators.
Remote digital video surveillance is carried out over normal PSTN & ISDN lines or over Internet & Microwave links using the revolutionary PC based RemoteWatch video management system.
We can provide you and your clients with activity reports, which can be posted, faxed or emailed to you or your clients, and the supervision of opening/close signals with our Time Management facility.
Our Central Monitoring Station has been constructed and fitted out in accordance with Australian Standards AS2201.2
We have a computer driven back-up generator and true on-line UPS system to insure continual electrical power at all times. The system is supported by fully redundant digital alarm receivers and a data network that includes a RAID subsystem for 100% data availability. All our databases are secure and backed up every three hours to separate hard drives on the network.
